Formerly an eventer at the intermediate level with Heather Morris, the Dutch Warmblood known as Get Rowdy can now boast of success in two distinct equestrian careers. In 2016, he was named the United States Eventing Association's Preliminary Horse of the Year, a testament to his early prowess. However, Heather noticed that while he excelled in eventing, Get Rowdy lacked the necessary stamina for the longer courses, despite his consistent ability to over-jump the obstacles.

Recognizing his potential, Heather explored other disciplines, and Get Rowdy has since found great success in the hunter ring. Owned by Teton Farms, he has been named the United States Equestrian Federation's High Performance Horse of the Year for both 2019 and 2020. Currently ridden in Performance Hunters, 3'6 Junior Hunters, and international derbies by junior Kyra Russell and professional Jamie Sailor, Get Rowdy has amassed numerous top placings in these prestigious competitions.

With Kyra aboard, Get Rowdy has won championships in the 3'6 Junior Hunters and secured top placings in national derbies. Patricia Russell of Teton Farms shares, "Rowdy is ready for anything you want to put in front of him, the bigger and scarier the jump, the better. He is perfect for international derbies as he can easily float over 4-foot oxers without breaking a sweat."
